What should I enter into the IP address in network settings for the gateway?
You need to find an open IP address on your router. Typically, routers will assign new IP addresses (1 per device) starting at 192.168.1.101 and continue incrementing upward for every device that connects to the network. Thus the second device to connect will most likely be 192.168.1.102 If you know how many devices you typically have on your network you can take that number and add 10 just to make sure you are not going to be using an IP that is already in use. (i.e. If you have 7 devices on your network add 7 + 10 to get 17 and thus the IP address to use for your gateway would be 192.168.1.117) If you run into problems just try incrementing the last set of numbers ( 117, 118, 119).
What should I enter into the Port Number in network settings for the gateway?
You can enter in any number greater than 1024 and less than 65536.
What should I enter into the Gateway in network settings for the gateway?
If you have not modified the router, the typical gateway is 192.168.1.1
